Cancellation Policy

1. *Workshops and Events*:
– Cancellations made at least 5 days before the start date of the workshop/event will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 5 days of the workshop/event start date are non-refundable. However, participants may transfer their registration to a future session or another person.

2. *Annual Membership*:
– Membership cancellations are non-refundable once the subscription has begun.
– You may cancel your membership at any time, but access to weekly sessions and other benefits will be available until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. *Healing Sessions*:
– Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session time.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. *Exceptional Circumstances*:
– Refunds or rescheduling for cancellations due to emergencies or unforeseen events will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
