Privacy Policy
What I collect, why I collect it, and what I do not do with it.

This policy covers https://healing-lights.in and the healing sessions and workshops offered through it by Kishan Patel. I keep this deliberately short and plain, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.
What I collect
I only collect what I need in order to reply to you and hold your session.
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, what your message is about, and the message itself.
- Booking form: your name, WhatsApp number, country and city, optional email address, the session you have chosen, your preferred date and time, what you would like help with, and roughly how long it has been with you.
- WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send me in our conversation, which may include a recent photograph if you send one for the session.
- Server logs: the web host records routine technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is standard hosting behaviour and I do not use it to build any profile of you.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, card numbers or any other payment credentials through the forms on this website. Nothing here is designed to hold that kind of information.
Why I collect it
- To reply to your message and answer your questions.
- To agree a session time with you and carry out the session.
- To keep a record of bookings and enquiries so that a message is never lost if email delivery fails.
I do not use your details for marketing, I do not send newsletters, and I do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for advertising purposes.
What I never do
- I never publish, quote or share what you tell me about your situation. Nothing is used as an example, a testimonial or a case study unless you specifically ask me to.
- I never sell your data.
- I never pass your details to third parties except the service providers described below, who only ever act on my instructions.
Who else is involved
- Hostinger hosts this website and its database.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries our conversation if you choose to message me there, under their own privacy terms.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces used on this site.
- Your payment provider — UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, PayPal or Wise — handles payment directly. I never see or store your card or bank details.
How long I keep it
Enquiries and booking requests are kept for as long as they are useful for looking after you as a client, and are deleted when they are not. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single essential session cookie is set when you use the enquiry or booking form, so that spam protection works and your form is not submitted twice. It is deleted when you close your browser.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to anantva.lights@gmail.com or message +91 74054 81835 and I will act on it.
Children
This website is intended for adults. Sessions for a child are booked and paid for by a parent or guardian, who provides the details and the consent.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
