1. Health disclaimer — please read this first
Energy healing is a complementary wellness practice. It is not medicine, it is not psychotherapy, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment for any condition.
Nothing offered here replaces medical, psychological or psychiatric care. Please continue everything your doctor has prescribed. I will never ask you to stop or reduce prescribed medication or treatment, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
If you are in crisis, or need urgent help, contact a doctor or your local emergency services rather than waiting for a session.
No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Individual experiences vary from person to person, and any accounts shared on this site are personal experiences rather than a prediction of what will happen for you.
2. What a session is
Sessions are held at a distance, at a time agreed with you. You rest wherever you are while the energy work is carried out. Session lengths and prices are published on the services page; workshop details are on the workshops page.
3. Booking and confirmation
Submitting the booking form sends a request, not a locked appointment. Your slot is confirmed once we have agreed it on WhatsApp and payment has been received. Until then the time remains available to others.
Please arrive at your session having had the message exchange we need beforehand. If you are unreachable at the agreed time, the session is still carried out as scheduled.
4. Payment
In India: UPI, Google Pay or PhonePe. Internationally: PayPal or Wise. Payment is handled directly by your provider; I never see or store your card or bank details. Prices are shown in ₹ and $ and no charges are added afterwards.
5. Rescheduling and refunds
Because each session is held at a scheduled time and the work is genuinely carried out, all bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling is welcome with a few hours' notice — message me on WhatsApp and we will find another time. Making a booking means you accept this policy, which is also stated on the booking form before you submit it.
If I need to reschedule, you will be offered another time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
6. Sessions for others
You may book for another adult provided they know about it and agree to it. For a child or an animal, the consent of the parent, guardian or owner is enough.
7. Suitability
These services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. If I believe energy work is not the right thing for what you are facing, I will tell you so and will not take the booking.
8. Your privacy
What you share with me stays between us. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
9. Website content
The text, images and design of this site belong to Anantva Lights and may not be reproduced without permission. Information on this site is offered in good faith for general information only, and is not professional health advice.
10. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session or workshop concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
