There is no attunement and no commitment to going further — it is understanding first, which for a lot of people is exactly the right place to start.

Is there an attunement?
No. This course is about understanding your own energy. If you want an attunement, Reiki Level 1 is the place to go.
How long will it take me?
It is self-paced. Most people work through it over a week or two and then join the live Q&A.
Does it count towards Reiki Level 1?
It is not a prerequisite, but it does make Level 1 easier when you get there.
